Two awards are given annually at the International Congress. To be eligible to receive or nominate someone for either award, you must be a current ISAE member. Past winners of the Creativity Award can be seen here and past winners of the New Investigator Award can be seen here.
Although the society aims to keep the cost of attending its annual conferences low, it may be difficult for some members to attend on a regular basis. The Congress Attendance Fund provides assistance with covering the cost of registering for the annual International Congress, and applications are open to all ISAE members.
Student members get further reductions in Congress and regional meeting attendance fees. They are eligible for travel awards and financial support to attend meetings and they can enter our Student Poster presentation competition held at the International Congresses and regional meetings.
There are nearly 700 members worldwide and each year the Society assembles for a major International Congress, where in addition to addresses by special keynote speakers, members present their latest research findings. There are also regular regional conferences held to encourage local knowledge exchange.
